Beka's + Robin's Wedding

"At first, I didn't really want to hire a day-of coordinator. But as we got closer to the wedding date, there was so much I felt like I needed help from an expert. I reached out to Rosie about a month before the wedding, and thank goodness I did!! We went over all my details and I had the opportunity to ask for guidance on things I was completely lost about. She helped me figure out those little decisions I had been putting off b/c I was so over having to make decisions. 

She collected all my vendor contacts and I briefed her on my previous communications with them and she took it from there. She reached out to everyone, let them know who she was and provided them with our finalized timeline, including making group chats with our wedding parties! 

She made the extra effort to come see the venue the week before the wedding to do the final walkthrough - this helped so much! We walked through the entire flow of the evening and nailed down those last minute logistical items that I would have never thought of. 

Day of - Rosie and her team were essential that day. It felt like the day was flawless. If something went wrong, I had no idea. Her team was walking around encouraging guests to sign the guest book, working with the catering staff, DJ, photographer, and the wedding party to be in the right place at the right time. 

Rosie is so sweet and has this contagious bubbly personality, but she knows how to get things done. For any bride on the fence of hiring a day-of coordinator, I 100% recommend doing so. Having Rosie and her team there was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders, and really allowed us and our families to enjoy the party, to the point our guests are still raving about how fun they had!"
