"Rosie was amazing throughout the whole process. We honestly don't know what we would have done without her and her team. She really listened to what we wanted and if we asked for some advice or suggestions, she gave it to us. My husband and I are not too fond of attention (LOL) but we wanted to make sure that it was a day where we, along with our guests, had a great time. 40 days before the wedding, Rosie took over our communication with vendors which was a huge relief. We could concentrate on making sure that everything else was good, like our decorations, etc. We were missing a flower vendor and a videographer. (I know, we were super late on booking them!) Rosie came to our rescue and found a list of both vendors for us and we're so glad with the options she presented! We were all the more thankful that they were available on that day! (Vendors are getting booked quickly! Don't sleep on it!) Our wedding was right after the holidays with the Omicron surge. I asked Rosie a lot of questions, especially regarding COVID protocols, and she was quick to answer all of them. Within the two weeks before our wedding, a lot of our guests and wedding party were affected by either testing positive, being exposed to someone positive, or being sick. Because of that, we wanted to take extra precaution during our reception. The week of the wedding, we decided to change up our reception (sit down dinner with all our guests) to a different format. Our wedding reception took place in a science museum so we had our friends come in for the first two hours, check out the museum, view the planetarium show, view our wedding video, and take their food to go. Then, for the last 2.5 hours, our family came in for a similar program, except they were allowed dine in for dinner. Rosie communicated all these changes to our vendors and made sure that these changes were implemented on the day of our wedding. My husband and I were pretty nervous and anxious because there were so many changes, but Rosie was so calm and ensured that everything worked out. On the day of our wedding, we just had to focus on ourselves and on getting ready. Rosie ensured that everything happened in a timely manner and that all of our vendors arrived on time and everything was set up accordingly. Everything worked out wonderfully.

We highly recommend that you should get at least a day of wedding coordinator. It's worth the money. You can concentrate on enjoying your special day and not worry about your timeline, program, or any questions that come from your guests. We definitely recommend the Rose to the Occasion Team!
